We have seen this lovely yellow foliage tree for 2 years now in northeastern TN and cannot id it. It is deciduous, starts out green in the Spring then turns yellow after a month or so, and appears to spread almost weed like. It retains a beautiful yellow color for months. This tree is about 12 – 15′ tall and has multiple offshoots of various sizes and proximities, hence, the “weed like” reference. Thanks
