This is a huge tree (maybe) at a hospital in Decatur, GA. Not sure if it’s an overgrown shrub or a tree. It is evergreen and it looks like it has buds on it like it will flower in the winter.

The plant’s details in pictures are little overexposed due to the bright sunlight. Can you give us a closer view of the whole tree, closeup of the main trunk, the buds, and leaves arrangement on the branch.
