Semi wet area of low light southern area of heavy growth. Healthy green leaves on branches side by side (not staggered).

Maybe one of the privet (Ligustrum), possible glossy privet (L. luciudum). Check it out and see if you have a match. If this isn’t privet when it blooms, make new post with photo of flower.
