The leaves in first photos are not clear enough to tell. I wonder if it could be buckthorn (Rhamnus)? Check out the included link for one of species in the genus, the R. cathartica images. Again I’m only speculating. https://www.invasive.org/browse/subthumb.cfm?sub=3070
