I don’t know anything about plants. It just grew out of nowhere in my grandmother’s backyard. I wish I could give some more info.

I can’t see the leaves clear enough to be sure. I’m guessing it could be dog fennel (Eupatorium capillifolium)? Check it out and see if you have a match.
