Notes:
These plants or trees are sprouting up all over my yard and my next door neighbors yard. We have an idea that it might be persimmon sprouting from roots, but over an area of 120 ft by 80 ft seems to big for suckering. This is a second posting with additional pictures. These are not tall (yet) I treat with RoundUp as soon as I can. These pictures are of a plant about 4 inches tall, there are 10 to 15 sprouts in this bunch, I am going to dig down and find where it is originating from.
