Notes:
This is growing in the corner of my lot in a wild section mostly populated by coco plum 10 to 16 ft in height. The tree is now approx 30-35 ft in height and is starting to muscle out the other plants. I have owned the lot over ten years and have cleaned out nuance plants once or twice a year and only in the past 4 – 5 months has this tree become obvious.

Looks like the ficus benjamina the rest of us try to keep as a house plant.
