Without closeup of the leaves & branches, it’s hard to tell if this is an evergreen or a broadleaf shrub. Flowers of some plants like the redbud, and lilac are purple but this above plant doesn’t look like either of those two. I’m guessing (I could be wrong) this tree appears either has been photoshopped or painted like the tree in the included link below?
