This tree is about 60' tall. It has small green berries that do not turn red.

Details of fruits are a bit blurry to tell for certain. Also not able to see the whole tree, its trunk, flowers and leaves arrangement, I could only speculating for now. These “green berries” maybe are immature fruits from a species of tupelo (Nyssa)? Possible black gum N. sylvatica? Copy the the included link below and see if you have a match.
