    Flowers & leaves details are not close enough to tell for certain. I’m guessing this might be a double flower form cultivar in the dwarf flowering almond (Prunus glandulosa)? Some of the double flower named varieties include ‘Alba Plena’ & ‘Rosea Plena’ aka ‘Sinensis’. Check out the included link below for more information. If this isn’t a match.
