Number 1 is Eriobotrya japonica (loquat) Number 2 is Jasminum polyanthum (Chinese jasmine), which has pretty and highly scented flowers but is rather frost tender and very vigorous in a mild climate. You can see more images at http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photos-jasminum-56.htm . Number 3 is Euonymus japonicus ‘Aureomarginatus’, which is showing signs of reverting to green in places, always a problem with these plants.
