Thanx again Laura. Those both have leaves like mine. Flower on mine may not have opened enough to recognize it, yet. But convinced Desmodium is right.

I’m unable to see the flowers clearly with a busy background, however with the 3 parts leaves; I’m wondering if your plant might be a species of tick-trefoil Desmodium genus. The seeds will confirm or rule out this ID. According to sources there are 13 species found in TX. Check out these included links for two of the species, showy ticktrefoil (D. canadense) and Illinois ticktrefoil (D. illinoense). Click on images on the first linkt to enlarge.
