Btw, I should have mentioned Euphorbias are considered toxic so handle with care. I believe it’s the sap that’s an irritant.

It looks like a Euphorbia but there are lots of different varieties so I can’t narrow it down any further. Search Euphorbia grey leaves and you may be able to figure it out.
