This weed is in home in Atlanta. My lawn is Frescue and this weed is spreading all of the lawn. What is this weed and how to control it?

I think I’d rather have the violets over the fescue. The violets have a pretty bloom… and you can eat both the leaves and the flowers! Try eating that fescue!
