It is some thing in the ginger family (Zingiberaceae). Yours looks like Cucurma alsimatifolia genus or one of its cultivars, it is called Thai tulip aka Siam tulip. Some of its cultivar are :’Siam Shadow, ‘Siam Sunset’ etc… Chech them out and see if you have a match. According to sources, this tropical plant can be grown as house plant.
