Deciduous. Rapid growth. No flowers seen yet. They are on the edge of my property and last year the county mowed them down.

It’s difficult at this stage to tell with out more clues. I’m wondering if this might be something in the elderberry group (Sambucus). If county’s mowing schedule keeping these maturing to flowering stage. Could you ‘rescue’ some and give us and update when these grow some more? For now check out these images of one in the genus, the red elderberry young leaves. again, I’m only speculating.
