laura735, Your speculation was correct – ‘Cunningham White’ Thank you for the help. I have since learned to capture the leaves to help identify the flower, for this one I did not. Thanks again, Brian

Could you show the plant & its leaves? I’m wondering perhaps this could be something in the Rhododendron genus. Some of its cultivars blooms sporadic in the fall i.e. Rhododenron ‘Cunningham White’. Others white flowers with yellow blotchs cultivars include R. ‘Chionoides’,’Cloud Nine’, ‘Ice Cube’, etc…But until we could see more of the plant, I’m purely speculating. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=white++flowers+rhododendrons&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjkl9WK2KbQAhUB2iYKHZCACDoQ7AkIMA&biw=1920&bih=909#imgrc=_
