A friend is trying to identify this tree in Boston Beach, FL. It has clusters of white tubular flowers that have four petals. It is not a frangipani. Any help with identifying this tree would be helpful. Thanks

I could be wrong here, in the last picture the flowers appears to have 5 petals(?). This could be the Milky way tree (Tabernaemontana litoralis syn. Stemmadenia litoralis). Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes! https://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/98050/
