According to sources the colors can be vary. From the given photo, the plants details i.e. the whole shape, the pads & flowers. To my eyes these are similar to those of Nopalea cochenillifera.But I’m not an expert, perhaps the folks from these included links can help you further in confirming or ruling out this ID. Not a prickly pear, the plain flowers are dark red. It is pretty and the body of the plant looks similar. Perhaps it is a variety? Thank you for you input
