Until the plant is more mature to help narrow down its ID, this is just a guess for now. Maybe some thing in the lily crinum group, possible Sangria lily (Crinum ‘Sangria’)? If this isn’t crinum, make new post & photo as plant grow more. Best wishes! http://plantlust.com/plants/4054/crinum-sangria/
