This is in Florida and blooms at least once a year. It is vine- like, maybe a bush, but it grows freely and is prolific

Agree with Bobby that this looks like something in the Senna genus. Too bad we can’t see more details, i.e. fruits, and the rest of the plant, etc…
Check out two more species in the group, the climbing senna (Senna pendula) and the Winter Cassia ( Senna bicapsularis). The fruits will help to narrow down which one is yours. Best wishes!
