This blue flower looks beautiful above my lirope. I would like to encourage it. But I don’t know what it is so I don’t know how to invite it to stay in the garden.

You won’t have to encourage it, it spreads easily. I usually pull out all I see in the spring and then still have enough to enjoy in the fall (if you know what I mean).
