Are we positivie that this is burweed?
I have not seen burs or flowers at all. The leaves look a little different than ones I have seen on burweed.

i.e. closeup views of leave, stems & the whole plants. If there is no burs present, maybe this could be a species in the parsley-piert genus (Aphanes), possible the slender parsley-piert (Aphanes australis)? Check out these included links and see if you have a match. Also for information & Walter’s website for eradication tip. If this isn’t parsley-piert Best wishes!
