Notes:
This plant is unique have only this photo of plant. It grew tall one big stalk very fragile. Leaves were very odd not a tree or plant leave more like the look and feel of a aloe Vera plant. Seeds grew all around leaves that fell and made hundreds of sprouts where ever they landed.

Photos are too blurry, but your description seems to fit a succulent called; Mother of Thousands ((Kalanchoe daigremontiana aka Bryophyllum daigremontianum).
