Notes:
It stands about 6 ft. tall and the mature leaves are 18-20 inches long. The leaves and stem are smooth without anything prickly like okra. The stalk is not woody looking like a young tree. The base of the stalk is about 2 inches and feels smooth and not woody at all. This plant also has a few smaller similar plants a few feet away but they are smaller. We have 6 acres and I have never seen this plant on our property in the 18 years we have lived here.
