Radish – Harvesting
Q: I sowed some “garden bean” seeds a few weeks ago. They are bush type and are up and doing well. Does this type bean shoot out tendrils? Do I need to put up some stakes for them to grow on?
Also, I planted radishes, when can I pick those?
A: Since the beans are bush type, don’t worry about stakes or tendrils.
For the radishes – just pull a couple to see how big they are.
And see the University of Illinois’ Radish page.
