Notes:
I just know that I grew these from seeds and the labels washed off and I threw away the package. They may be something that can be used instead of spinach, or some kind of greens to use in smoothies. And then again… I had so many seeds that I planted, and all labels got wet. Could be a flower or a veggie. Sorry, I know this one may be difficult. The top of the plant is very distinctive, the way the crown appears rounded. The plants are maybe 40-60 days old.

Laura735, I do believe that you are right. I remember that I planted some Chia seeds and the plants look exactly like it. The little flower, too. Even though the one flower that I saw came right out of the side of the stem. I don’t see how I can add another photo here.

With out flowers, I’m guessing only. These plants look like some thing of the mint family ( Lamiaceae), maybe chia (Salvia hispanica)? Chia is considered a super food. You know for certain as these plants mature. It looks like some kind of herb. Does it gave an aroma when you pinch one of the leaves?
