Grass Seed – Patch Perfect
Q: First, What is your opinion of Patch Perfect grass seed? Second, does the seed work in Georgia clay? And last, is it worth my time and money?
A: I don’t believe the grasses it contains will work well here.
One GardenWeb respondent says it contains:
Evening Shade Perennial Ryegrass,
FA-155 Tall Fescue,
Baron Kentucky Bluegrass,
Boreal Fine Fescue.
Includes approx. 42.87% Terra-Mulch and 28% Pinnacle Seed coating.
Ryegrass, bluegrass and fine fescue can not survive Georgia heat and humidity.
