It has grown rather large and is right against my neighbor’s home. Unfortunately it is enroaching onto my roof and I will be trimming it off my property. I’m curious though as to what it is. Thank you.

Laura, I was thinking that it was the Chinese Pistache as well. Either way it will have to be removed because of it’s proximity to both homes. Thanks again for your help.

I can’t tell for certain with out more details e.g. fruits, flowers etc… I could only suggest you check out the species of these trees -Ash (fraxinus0 -some thing in the Hickory group e.g. pecan (Carya illinoinensis) -Chinese pistache The link below is for pecan.
