Plant’s side view is not clear enough to tell, I’m speculating only, this could a cultivar of Poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherima)? Check out its cultivars i.e. ‘Red Glitter’, ‘Jingle Bell Rock’, ‘White glitter’ etc… and see if you have a match. If this isn’t that, make new post with plant’s side view photo & closeup of the stems.
