Without flowers to help with the ID, I’m guessing this might a species of Yuccca (?).If this is Yucca I can’t tell if this is Y. flaccida or Y. filamentosa. Although I’m leaning toward Y. flaccida (weak-leaf yucca). When it flowers and you still don’t know make new post with photo of flowers. Check out these included links for more information.
