With the leaves margin and horizontal lenticels on the bark, to my eyes this maybe something in the cherry group? I’m wondering if this might be

On the side note, for identifying the exact cultivar for fruit tree, you need other details to help to narrow down i.e. flowering time , fruits color & shape, tree habit, etc… But with many varieties, it could hard to tell. You could also try the experts from a society of a particular genus for help, example the Crabapple Society or Prunus Society ( for cherries, peaches plum, etc…).
