Notes:
Went to a local hardware store with the Hubby. Decided to browse the garden center. It was last September and they had discounted the plants. Most were half dead and I saw 2 with some green left. One was a Hibiscus and the other is the picture I posted, The tag was lost that named the plant. I gave them some TLC and my $1.00 plant is thriving. Just wish I knew what I have. Appreciate any help. Thank you!

Thank you for your response. I am quite surprised that it would be a hydrangea. The lady at the garden center thought it could be a primrose or a Camilla. I am happy for a hydrangea. My bargain roses are full of blooms. We bought seven dying plants and nursed them back. Although I have been lucky this season, I don’t know if I’ll go through this a second time. I might just skip the bargain plants. Thank you again. Kim

Possibly one of the compact panicle hydrangeas. Maybe strawberry sundae.
