Notes:
These two green plants appeared as tiny little twins in late fall. I did not plant them. They have grown to two feet tall now and appear to be growing even more leaves. There are no signs of flower buds that I can detect, and the plants are beginning to lean due to height, I assume.

Maybe a type of lilies (Lilium) (?). Look like they about to bloom soon. Flowers will help you more with the ID. For now check out varieties of lilies from the included link below.
