Link to nettle-leaved mullein (V. chaixii ‘Album’). http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?taxonid=255638&isprofile=0&

Maybe something in the mullein (Verbascum) genus. I can’t tell if this is a wild specimen moth mullein (V. blattaria) or the cultivar Verbascum chaixii ‘Album’. Check it out and see if you have a match. Click on images to enlarge from these included links below. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verbascum_blattaria
