If there is no burs present, maybe this could be a species in the parsley-piert genus (Aphanes), possible the slender parsley-piert (Aphanes australis)?     Are we positivie that this is burweed? I have not seen burs or flowers at all. The leaves look a little different than ones I have seen on burweed.
