This pretty lily like plant suddenly came up in my waterfall at the base. I did not plant a bulb so just wonder what it is and how it got there. It’s at the bottom of the waterfall so strangely enough its base is under some water!

Looks like a species in the Crinum genus, possible the swamp lily (C. americanum)? One of the methods to propate Crinum is from bulbils which is formed on the flower head after the flowering is finished. But I have no ideas how yours came about.
