Looks like sweetshrub to me. In the spring and early summer it will have dark burgundy. Try looking flowers. One of my favorite plants.

It’s hard to tell certain without its flowers. I’m guessing for now, maybe a type of honeysuckle (Lonicera)? Possible Amur honeysuckle (L. mackii)?
