To my eyes these looks like Dracaena sanderiana (lucky bamboo) with their fleshy stems. Although I’m not an expert of this genus & these small cuttings are still too young to tell more, other Dracaena species that I are familiar with have either different leaf scars or shapes. According to sources, there is some confusion D. sanderiana with D. braunii. The later species is much shorter in height.
