Notes:
I discovered this seedling emerging from a largish bean type seed the bean has pink stripes. I came accross it whilst weeding. I was wondering if it is some kind of fruit tree maybe a peach or almond. the bean had the look of a large almond. I will replant it if it is a fruit tree, or something interesting. Thank you for your help,

The seedling is still too young for enough information to help with its ID. I’m speculating only, maybe a castorbean (Ricinus communis) You could try to let the mystery plant grows for a while to see it turns out some thing you know. If not please post again with new photo. Thank you and best wishes! https://www.google.co.jp/search?q=castor+bean+seed&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwissdqQu-DLAhUnIqYKHTkSA4UQ7AkIPw&biw=1366&bih=599#tbm=isch&tbs=rimg%3ACes0Hqs8KEVnIjj28sQhnhh7uQmY4RAdYpcL5IOJCZak65c4QnAhpljKw5L5LUvQ5SJMoQGkUaXXJriyv6N7PyZmpyoSCfbyxCGeGHu5EXzdhhBYFlWWKhIJCZjhEB1ilwsR_1i14t9-MMeUqEgnkg4kJlqTrlxE1p34kuCAb6CoSCThCcCGmWMrDESYasxBqzb_17KhIJkvktS9DlIkwRXazdeKG92lMqEgmhAaRRpdcmuBFuL_19xPHOwXSoSCbK_1o3s_1JmanER6FXZy8z1In&q=castor%20bean%20seed&imgrc=_
