Notes:
I have pulled this plant out every year since I bought my house 10 years ago but it keeps coming back. I decided to try and wait until it blooms (if it does) this year so I can identify it. It looks similar to ragweed but it doesn’t match the description. Then I thought maybe goatsbeard (aruncus aethusifolius) but that doesn’t seem to fit either, any ideas?

Maybe wild chervil. Now that I am out on this limb it wouldn’t surprise me if Stone wasn’t cooking up a batch of crow already.
