I can’t see the center of flower clear enough to be certain if this is a type of hydgrangea or viburnum. I’m leaning toward the former, and this looks similar toperhaps dwarf (Hydrangea paniculata “Dharuma”). if this isn’t hydrangea, make new post with closeup photo of flowers.
