Plant one is a plant I purchased from the Hall County Plant sale, cannot remember i it was spring or fall sale. It has white flowers on it.
Plant 2 is in a hanging basket I recently bought from the Growers Outlet with a sale out as it was half dead and no name on it.

without flowers to help narrow down, I’m speculating for now. The plant 2 its details of hanging basket is not clear enough to be certain, I’m guessing it could be a Mandevilla ?
