Notes:
My wife had broken out in a rash. We are not sure from working in our backyard. Thought it kind of looks like Poison Sumac. But, the stem isn’t red.

I can’t see more details to be certain. I’m guessing only here, this might be an ash species of the Fraxinus genus if the branching is opposite (poison sumac is alternate).
