This tree is approximately 50-60 feet tall. The fruit are golf ball sized and pale yellow-orange in colour.

With out the leaves to help narrow down, I’m guessing for now. This might be the American persimmon (Dospyros virginiana). Check it out and see if you have a match. If this isn’t American persimmon.
