Northern Az. Payson Saw these beautiful vines? Cannot find them online. Flowers are very large. Any help appreciated in I.D. Thank you!

Agree with Stephanie Brundage that the flowers look like dahlia. I’m speculating here, we might be looking at two different plants: a mystery vine, and a dahlia plant (?). The dahlia’s leaves & stems appeared to blend into the vine’s foliage perhaps. If you could make new post with a better focus photo, it will help us to narrow it down for you. It looks like a dahlia. Some are very short but others can grow up to 6 feet tall and may look like a vine. Is this possible?
