This plant is taking over my fescue lawn and has been hard to control. Looks like a grass but grows much faster than the fescue. Need some help!

looks like the same problem I am having. The grass weed is lighter green and grows faster than fescue. It is popping up in a lot of places on my lawn. W.ould like to know how to get rid of it
