This is all over my yard right now. I really love it and wondering if I could transplant it to fill the gaps between a low-traffic flagstone sitting area.

Maybe blue fieldmadder/spurwort (Sheradia arvensis)? I have never grow this and suggesting you check out the link below for more information.
