Please help me identify this bush. It is very tall. About 6 feet tall. Fast growing. No flowers. I know it’s common. I just purchased my first home and would like to cut this back. How far can I cut it back?

Maybe a cultivar in the winged burning bush/winged euonymus (Euonymus alatus)(?) Check it out and see if you have a match. According to source Euonymus can take hard pruning.
