Check out species in the Aristolochia genus, and see if you have a match. Common names include worm killer, birthwort, pipevine, and Dutchman’s pipe. According to sources, there are over 500 species. Although I don’t know which species yours is, it looks similar to A. bracteaolata, perhaps you would be able to rule it in or out. Click on images below to enlarge.
